When customer is logged into E90PY, accessing WSJ, customer deletes (using trashcan icon) any UBE/report/print job (all status are D) from a different Environment (E90DV or E90PD for example) E1 fails. All kernels are stopped and a restart of services is required to allow users to resume work. Customer maintains this was a intermittent issue but not after upgrade to current tools release (18.104.22.168), this occurs every time a delete is performed.
Verified that no triggers were present on F986110.
