When using Flex plans in ESS, currently, the P085568 shows a positive number in a black font in the Total Line regardless of whether there is a Flex Credit or Flex Cost. This is deceptive to employees who look at the bottom line only. In the detail, Flex Cost format is red with a negative sign. The
Total field should follow that same format. When the Total Line is reporting a Flex Cost the user should be able to simply differentiate it from a Flex Credit amount. A Flex Cost and a Flex Credit shouldn't be reported in the Total Line, in the P085568, in the same format. With the expansion of Medical Age Bands, many entities now have complex setup and several calculations affecting the total.
