E1: 42: Order Template (P4015) Is Not Retrieved When It Enters the First Sales Order Transfer (ST/OT) (Doc ID 2298434.1)

Symptoms

When entering a Transfer Order with available P4015 Order Template that exists for the branch address, the template does not display. However, the second and every ST order that follows does use the order template. This behavior occurs if processing option for ST (P4210 ZJDE003) version , Tab 7-Process, 3. Display Header or Detail = 1 .

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1.Set processing options for ST (P4210 ZJDE003) version as follow :
- Tab 7-Process , 6. Order Template Processing = 1 Sold To order template
- Tab 7-Process, 3. Display Header or Detail = 1 Add header first
- Tab 7-Process, 13. Order Template = blank
2.Enter in P4015 (Order Templates) a template for branch destination Sold to

3.Enter ST orders for delivery between two branch plants .
Go to lines of the order . The Available Order Template P4015, that exists for the branch address, does not open for the first Sales Transfer .
4.Enter a line and save this first ST order.
5.Continue to enter a new ST order . When it jumps to the order lines, the system opens Available Order Template P4015 and shows the template that exists for the branch¿s address.

POTENTIAL WORKAROUND:

Set Tab 7-Process, 3. Display Header or Detail processing option = blank
