Information in this document applies to any platform.
When it copies a sales quote (SQ) and changes the customer , the information of the original quote remains in the price history of the new quote .
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.Set an Item Price Groups (P4092).
2.Add the Item Price Group to Item Branch/Plant (P41026) for an item .
3.Set the Category Codes used in Item Price Group in the Item Branch/Plant (P41026) of the item .
4.Set a Customer Price Groups (P4092).
5.Set the Category Codes used in Customer Price Group in the Customer Master (P03013) for a customer .
6.Set P4071 Price Adjustment Definition for the Item Price Group and Customer Price Group above.
7. Set P4072 Adjustment Detail .
8. Set P4070 Adjustment Schedule .
9.Enter a Sales Quote for the customer that was set above in the Customer Price Group.
10.Apply the Adjustment Schedule in the header of the order and finish the order.
The adjustment was applied on the quote order and Price History P4074 shows this adjustment.
11.Copy Sales Quote and change the customer . This new customer does not belong to the Customer Price Group and also , adjustment detail setup does not exist for this customer and item price group.
In the new Sales Quote Order was also copied the information from Price History of the old quote even if the new customer does not belong to the Customer Price Group. So, the adjustment is being applied also for this customer. This behavior of the system is not correct.
