Symptoms

After applying Bug 26025800, the system allows any value to be entered in the COUN field in P40G03 (Add/Edit Grower Harvest) and P40G030 (Speed Harvest Update).
The value is not validated against UDC 00/CT.

The COUN (County) field in P40G03 and P40G030 should validate against the Code or Description in UDC 00/CT.
