E1: E1PAGE: Tab Changes In E1 Pages Are Not Getting Saved For One Specific User. (Doc ID 2299209.1)

This is a E1 Page issue specific to one user.

This user was unable to arrange/order the E1 Pages tabs.

Example: This user wanted to have a E1page menu to be at the left most of the page/screen, but the changes done were not getting saved. No matter how many times this user drags the page to the left most and saves it, after logout and login the page goes back to the previous location.

This user also tested this in other machines but still the same issue occurs. Testing has been done in other browsers as well. Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 10. It was also attempted on Google Chrome and Windows 7. None of that fixed the problem.

Other users with same E1 roles do not have this problem.
