On : 9.2 version, Install/Change Mgmt - Server Manager

After upgrading Tools Release from to, the Windows agent with release level does not connect to the management console any more. The following error occurs:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Upgrade Tools Release to
2. Upgrade the management agent to
3. Login Server manager console.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Customer cannot manage the windows server using server manager console
