Symptoms

The size of the 2nd Item Number (LITM) field should be increased from 25 to 35 characters. Many of the JDE screens allow for entry of 26 characters to inquire in the LITM field (example P41202 Item Availability) and instead of erroring the system will (without notifying the user) pull up the associated information for the first 25 characters, but continues to show the 26 character entered value in the header. This is misleading for users.
