On : 9.2 version, Demand Scheduling

When processing demand with a workday calendar set to only ship on Tuesdays the Requested Date is moved forward but the Promised Delivery Date is keeps the original date. This occurs when R40R010 is run a second time if there are existing sales order already in the P4210.

The Promised Delivery Date should move prior to the Requested Date.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) P40R20. Set Demand Rules to adjust forward and weekday starts on Sunday.
2) P40R21. Set Demand Cross Ref.
3) P00071. Set up a CUSTOMER workday calendar to ship only on Tuesdays for 3 months out.
4) P47171. Create EDI Demand for 08/28/17 and 09/04/17 (Monday).
5) R47171 version XJDE0002. Change WF option to K47171DWF and run over EDI data.
6) P40R10. The demand was created correctly.
7) R40R010. Set the Work Day Calendar option to use the workday calendar setup and submit.
8) P4210. The orders were created correctly.
9) R40R010. Run the UBE again.
10) P4210. The Promised Delivery Date was changed to the Monday before the Requested Date.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the customer is missing shipments.
