When running AREF Budget calculation (R15L1091) to calculated Expense Participation and utilizing the Processing Option for Accrual Account Method, the following issues are noted:

a. Bill code line for estimate fees (MGFE) is not being calculated on EP from Recurring Billing. Expect to see EP Account Distribution for at least the RB Estimated amounts coming from Recurring Billing. The R15L1091 does not record what¿s been paid in. You can particularly see this when you run R15L1098 audit report.

b. It appears that the Estimate accounts are updated by reducing the fee calculated from the account. The estimate amounts are recording what the customer on the lease is billed for Bill code and into the subsequent account.

c. The Actual amounts for accounts should be Net Share MINUS Estimate.
