Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to use Collaborate feature within any application from Tools - Send Email, when default email client is set to Google Chrome with GMail, nothing happens. The frame where the application should be displayed remains blank.
Also, if any other application is accessed, the screen remains blank.
By logging off and logging on back, the applications are displayed properly
