Purpose

The purpose of this case study is to illustrate how the Receipt Routing Movement (P43250) application responds and how data flows into the EnterpriseOne database tables when the user changes the lot information during receipt routing movement. This includes the following:

  1. Table updates performed when the order is initially received in transit into Receipt Routing with the PO Receipts (P4312) Program with one lot number.
  2. Table updates performed when a different lot number is assigned in the Receipt Routing Movement (P43250) program when the item is received into stock.
  3. What occurs at the time of Voucher Match (P4314) when attempting a 3-way match with two different OV receipt documents created during the Receipt Routing process.
