Symptoms

Note that this is a case study only and the solution implemented here is specific to iSeries AS/400 which makes use of *SQLPKG.

Issue: Both Sales Order Entry programs (P4210 and P42101) issue Web Client Exception Errors though there was no change made to the sales order.
