Symptoms
A Web Client Exception (WCE) for grid cache is generated, after selecting Go To End, when the grid contains one or more columns which have been set to display as icon within form properties.
The WCE exception will contain one of the following details:
"Exception writing grid to cache"
"Exception getting grid from cache"
The WCE will display in one of the following scenarios:
1. After Go To End results are produced, selecting a previous record subset from the dropdown list results in WCE.
2. After Go To End results are produced, selecting export from grid to Excel or CSV results in WCE.
This issue occurs even when disabling Event Rules related to the column(s) set to display as icon.
Issue is not browser specific.
