E1: OVR: After Upgrading to 9.2 Release on OBIEE 12.2.1.1.0, Receives the Error "There is a version mismatch with the One View Report you are trying to run"

Symptoms
OBIEE 12.2.1.1.0 server is installed for 9.2 release.
After upgrading from E9.1 tools 9.2.x release to E9.2 tools 9.2.x release, the One View Reports all present the following error message when user run any One View Report (OVR).
"There is a version mismatch with the One View Report you are trying to run. To resolve this issue, the report needs to be resaved or contact your system administrator."
The error above can be resolved once the report have been opened, saved and published.
