AIS instance not creating e1root.log on tools 22.214.171.124
Customer upgraded from tools 126.96.36.199 to 188.8.131.52 using Server Manager and WebSphere 184.108.40.206 on IBM i. When updating the AIS instance tools levels the instance starts and operates, but no e1root.log files are created.
Found errors in the WebSphere instance logs stating it could not find the jdelog.properties file.
