E1: E1PAGE: 130C - "Object Install Failure" Error when Sharing some E1pages using P98220U from Pending Promote Status after Promotion (Doc ID 2314496.1)

Symptoms

Successfully promoted a few E1pages from PY to PP (custom) environment. In JPP environment, the new records appear with status as 'Pending Promote' in P98220U after promotion as expected. When trying to Approve/Share these E1pages, a few of them fail with the error 'Object Install Failure'.
