E1: 33 RRP Not Extending Setup Hours by Number of Expected Work Orders (Doc ID 2316644.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 03, 2019

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Requirements Planning - Version 9.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Resource Requirements Planning (RRP) R3380 does not extend Setup hours for Batch Qty Items or for the expected number of Work Orders (WO) that will be released in the period.

Example: If the Prime Load Code of the Work Center includes Setup (B or C) and the Period Forecast = 1000 and usual WO size (or Batch size if used) is 20 then 50 WOs will be released. Currently the Resource Profile is multiplied by the Forecast and if the Setup hours = 1 the Load in the period will be calculated as 1 while the actual load will be 50 WOs x 1 Hr each = 50 hours.
