E1: SEC: Duplicate Roles When Signing in to JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Web Clients

Symptoms

Seeing duplicate roles when signing in to E1 web clients
There is a simple user defined with 3 roles where the records are showing correctly in table F95921 and in Active Directory (AD) server.
When signing in to E1 the user sees 5 roles where 2 are displayed as duplicates.
The JDE User does not have this problem, only a few users are experiencing this issue.
