ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When setting the Freeze screen and scrolling down and across the screen, when attempting to scroll back up the rows on the left side of the screen remain static, the rows on the right side of the screen are completely detached from the rows on the left.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The rows should move collectively.
