E1: 42: Product Allocation Profiles (P403070) Does Not Inquiry By Hierarchy

Symptoms

When it inquiries in the application P40307 (Work With Preference Master), using a filter in the header form by Hierarchy , Customer Number and/or Item Number , the system displays two error messages Blanks Invalid for the fields: Customer Number and Item Number.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
1.Set up in P40070 (Work With Preference Master) pref type 07.
2.Set up Hierarchy for this preference .
3.Set up Profile for this preference for Preference Hierarchy Selection by Item Group and Customer Group .
4.Set up P40072 (Item Preference Groups) for an item and Item Group.
5.Set up P40071 (Customer Preference Groups) for a customer and Customer Group .
6.Inquiry the table F40307 by Customer Group and Item Group . The preference is visible.
7.Open P40307 (Work With Product Allocation Profiles). The application show the preference without inquiry .
8.Check box Inquiry by Hierarchy in P40307 and press Find button . The system throws two errors Blanks Invalid , for the fields Customer Number and Item Number.
9.Uncheck box Inquiry by Hierarchy in P40307 and press Find button . The system throws the same two errors Blanks Invalid for the fields Customer Number and Item Number.
10.Exit the application P40307 and enter again.
11.Inquire by Customer Number and Item Number from the header. Press find button . There are no results.
12.Check boxes from header : Inquiry by Hierarchy , Include Customer's group Info , Include Item's group Info and press find button. The system throws two errors Blanks Invalid for the fields Customer Number and Item Number.
13.Uncheck only box Inquiry by Hierarchy from header and press find button.
The system throws the same two errors Blanks Invalid for the fields Customer Number and Item Number.
