E1: 42W: "Basic Order Score Not Returned" (42W401) Warning During Fulfillment Order Entry

Sales Order Entry (P4210)
During Sales Order entry for Sold To Customer 13593, Item 62305 in Branch Plant 827, with a requested date of 10/19/2017, the warning is displayed:
"Basic order score not returned (42W401)"
CAUSE . . A basic order score was not returned because a record in the Basic Order Fulfillment Scoring (F4277750) table could not be found for Order Type SO and Line Type S where the customer priority was less than 0, the requested date ages was less than 8 and the custom function priority was less than 0.
RESOLUTION . . Ensure that a record for Order Type SO and Line Type S where the customer priority is less than 0, the requested date age is less than 8, and the custom function priority is less than 0 exists in the Basic Order Fulfillment Scoring (F4277750) table and then execute the Order Fulfillment Scoring UBE (R4277702) to score the order.
The client does have the priority processing code set to 1 (greater than 0), and records for requested date age less than 8 in the Basic Order Fulfillment Scoring (F4277750) table.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Setup Sold To Customer 13593 with the Priority Processing Code set to 1 on the Customer Billing Instructions (Page 2).
- Make sure records are setup in Basic Scoring for Customer Priority From 1.
- Create a Sales Order for Sold To Customer 13593, Item 62305 in Branch Plant 827, with a requested date of 10/19/2017.
- The "Basic order score not returned" warning is displayed:
