E1: 49: Unapprove And Delete Shipment Does Not Update Order Status

Sales order status is not updated when the load is un approved and the shipment is deleted from the load. The status of the order remains as load approved and when the shipment is again added to the load and when load is approved again then the status of order advances to the confirmed status incorrectly.
