E1: 49: Header Promised Delivery Date PDDJ Not Passed To Order Detail (Doc ID 2322242.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 13, 2017

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Transportation Management - Version 9.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

On : 9.1 version, Transportation

If the system Promised Delivery Date PDDJ is overridden with another date in the PO header, the date does not default into the PO detail PDDJ field. The processing option to default header info to detail is activated. This only seems to happen on transportation orders. Non Transportation orders work fine. This issue started after the fix/ESU for Bug 22670445 was applied.

1. Set P4310 processing option 10 Header to Detail to 1.
2. Enter a transportation PO and override the Promised Delivery Date in the header.
3. Add the order detail and the header promised delivery date is not defaulted into the detail

Workaround:  Manually populate the date in the detail
