(Doc ID 2323114.1)

Last updated on OCTOBER 31, 2017

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Sales Order Entry - Version 9.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 9.1 version, Sales

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

P4210 does not put sales order on C1 hold when Aging Credit Limit is
surpassed or exhausted for allowable % = 0.0001%.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Set up a new customer 130014 in JDE. Set up Credit Check Level as 'L'
which means Line Of Business in Billing Information.

2. 'A/R Due' buckets in Credit Check Inquiry P42050 should be set same as
that of customer's :

1 - 30 1,814.75
31 - 60 28,432.69
61 - 90 15.00
91 - 120 14.54

Amount Due 30,276.98

3. Set up P42090 same as that of customer's such that :

Age From = 4
Allowable % = 0.0001

4. Enter 7366 SO for Customer 130014.

5. Order 7366 SO does not go on hold.

But it should have gone to C1 hold per below calculation -
Since, Age From = 4
Hence Aged Amount = Bucket 4 onward = 15 + 14.54 = 29.54.
Aged % = (29.54/30,276.98)*100 = 0.0975% which is greater than Allowable %
(0.0001).

6. Now increase A/R Due amount by 1 (from 15 to 16) in '61 - 90':AG4 bucket.

7. Repeat the process by entering another order 7425 SO.

8. 7425 SO goes on C1 hold even if allowable % remains at 0.0001%. This is
CORRECT.
