When the processing option of P4210 for transfer process version is set to 'Cost or Base Price Markup'= 2 = Use base price, then there is a penny difference between the ST price and OT Cost.

P4210 PO
Default Transaction Unit of Measure: 1 = Pricing unit of measure
Cost or Base Price Markup: 2 = Use base price
Activate Transfer Order Entry: 1 = Activate transfer order entry

1. Create an Item as follow:
- Primary UoM = JN
- Purchasing UoM = BG
- Pricing UoM= BG
- Conversion 1 BG = 3 JN
- base price=125 CNY (BG)
2. Inventory adjustment, add some item Qty to BP = 20101
3. Enter a Transfer Order for 1.667 BG, see the Extended Price =CNY 208.37.
4. Inquiry the OT order created and see the "Extended Cost" =CNY 208.38 .  Extended Price and Extended Cost difference of 1 cents
