E1: 42: System Should Not Display Fake Paperclip Icon On Both P4210 And P42101

Sales order header attachments when added in P4210/P42101, the system incorrectly displays the paper clip on the order detail line of Customer Service Inquiry screen.
1.Access P4210 and click ADD
2.Enter header information.Form exit->Attachments and enter the text
3.Enter the detail information and save the order
4.Re-Inquire on the Order using P4210 - Customer Service Inquiry
5.Select the line and then click on the row exit for Order>Attachments>Header Attachments and the system shows the Header attachments correctly
6.If user then click the close button in Media Object Viewer screen and return to the original screen displaying the line, the line record now has the paperclip.This is incorrect.As the attachments are entered at the header level and not at the detail
7.Even when the user click on the paperclip, there is no attachment
8.Click on find and note that paperclip disappears.
Note- Issue can be replicated when using P42101 as well.
The system must not display the fake paper clip on the order detail line in Customer Service Inquiry when the attachments are added at order level
