After upgrading the tools release to 9.2.2.1, RDA, FDA, Table I/O etc. crash on auditing enabled tables.

For example, if you have enabled auditing for F0010:

Try table I/O in RDA for F0010. The moment you click next button after finding and selecting the table, RDA crashes and it closes
Same thing happening in FDA as well
Open report R0010P, which uses table F0010. Click on design, it does not even open RDA!

Below error message appears in the jde log:

Same issue can happen with any tables with custom index created in database directly, not only for audit enabled tables.

Upgraded the tools release to 9.2.2.1
