Published Query in Application (P4310) adds 2 significant zeros when users have a different decimal separator than creator.

Steps to replicate (it doesn't matter if User A or User B creates the Query...same thing happens either way):
User A has "," (comma) as decimal separator setup in P0092
User B has "." (system value=decimal) as decimal separator setup in P0092

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

User A:
- Fast Path P4310
- Find records for M30
- Setup up the advance query to Create and Save a Query (Amount < 50,00)



- View results, and see records
- Request to Publish
Approve via P98220U
Logout

User B:
- Fast Path P4310
- Find records for M30
- Choose the new Query that User A shared



- Notice the setup the (Amount < 5000.00)
- View results, and see records .
