E1: 42: Invalid TXA1 Tax Rate Area With Inventory Commitment Preference Line Split (Doc ID 2326236.1)

When a sales order detail line is split via Advanced Inventory Commitment Preference, an invalid Tax Rate Area is being inserted into the F4211 record.

1. Add and advanced inventory commitment preference
2. Add a one line sales order that will split the quantity between 2 detail lines (2 different branch plants).
3. After the order is entered and the line is split into 2 lines, inquire on the F4211 and there are invalid characters being inserted into the tax rate area of the first detail line.
