Goal

When using the R98403 UBE with GT in the Data Selection, the UBE crashes. This issue is caused by an access violation.  This is reported under the bug <BUG 27083572> 9.2.2 OPC - LANGUAGE PACK INSTALLATION FAILURE

 

One example of this is during an upgrade when the R98403\XJDE0020 is run to perform the Data Dictionary copy and fails with the following error on the pdf:
