E1: 31: P3016 Automatically Generates A Second Kanban ID (Doc ID 2328751.1)

Symptoms

With the current design of P3016, when a single Kanban master record is entered (all source types), the program is automatically generating a second Kanban ID.
Also, if 2 Kanban IDs exists for a Kanban item and one of those Kanban IDs is deleted, the P3157 Work With Kanban Masters program automatically creates a new Kanban ID.

Requested Functionality:
a. When a Kanban ID is created only one record/ID should be created.

b. Provide a processing option in P3016 to control whether system should create a new Kanban ID if there is only single Kanban id created in the Kanban master.

c. Provide a processing option in P3016 to control whether system should create a new Kanban ID, when there is two existing Kanban IDs and one is deleted.
