(Doc ID 2329116.1)
Last updated on JUNE 12, 2020
Applies to:JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9.2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.
After upgrading the tools release to 22.214.171.124, font settings in xdo.cfg are ignored when bursting is enabled.
Any language characters using the font setup in xdo.cfg will appear as question mark or square in the RD output. If you remove bursting, expected font is displayed correctly in the RD output. Issue is observed for the RD jobs processed by large job kernels as well as small job kernels.
Below exception is observed in the xdo.log:
It appears that the XMLP kernel fails to pickup xdo.cfg from '..system\classes' when bursting is enabled. So it is not just the font issue but it might fail for any other required xdo.cfg settings as well.
Upgraded tools release to 9.2.2.X
