UDATE/TIME Fields Changing the Time on Daylight Savings

UDATE/TIME Fields are Changing the Time when entered on the exact day of Daylight Savings which is setup in the daylight saving rules

Any field that uses the UDATE/TIME (Gregorian Date) the Time Field will Move the time either Forward or Backward when manually enter the date/time on the
Specific Daylight Saving Day. This example uses Nov. 05, 2017 after 2:00:00 which is setup in the Daylight Saving Rules.

If the date/time is selected by the Visual Assist, the time will stay the same when tabbing off the line, but then change 1 hour once it is saved.

If the date/time is manually entered and/or (use visual assist and then change date), the time will change 1 hour when tabbing off the field, and
then change one more hour once the application is saved.
