E1: 41: P4112-F4111.FRTO Is Populated as 'F' For Both Creation and Reversal Process (Doc ID 2331510.1)

Last updated on JUNE 26, 2018

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Inventory Management - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

F4111.FRTO is inconsistent for creation and reversal process of inventory issues done via P4112-Inventory Issues. Both creation and reversal transactions are recorded as 'F'.

Fix provided via BUG 23088305 - P4112-F4111.FRTO SEEMS TO BE INCONSISTENT FOR CREATION AND REVERSAL PROCESS is not working as intended and still records F4111.FRTO as 'F' for both Creation and Reversal process.

1. Create an Inventory Item P4101
2. Adjust sufficient Quantity of the Inventory Item using P4114.
3. Create an Inventory Issue transaction using P4112 .  Notice that in F4111.FRTO the value is populated as F for this transaction.
4. Query back into the same Inventory Issue transaction and take the Row Exit > Reverse to reverse the same.
Notice in F4111.FRTO that for this reversal the field is populated as 'F' and not as 'T'.

Reverse Transaction should be recorded as 'T' and not as 'F'.

Note : If Inventory is reversed manually by using negative Quantity within P4112, it is recorded as 'T'. Hence, the functionality should be consistent even when Row Exit>Reverse is used.

Transactions within P4112, ie Creation should be recorded as 'F' and Reversal as 'T'.
