E1: OMW: Intermittent Token Error Occurs While Creating User Defined Objects (UDO) When Using Multiple Time Zones (Doc ID 2332430.1)

Symptoms

Table F9800022 ,Next Available Unique Key for User Defined Objects , is being used to generate User Defined Objects Names. 

If multiple time zones are enabled ( for example Pacific and Perth time zones implemented in same instance ),   users receive token errors  while trying to create or add a new User Defined Object. This error does not appear every time but occurs intermittently.
