Symptoms
Full client packages appear to complete successfully, and records are inserted into the client package spec tables (this can be seen in the debug log), however no SPEC__<package name>.dbf file is created in the D:\JDEdwards\E910\DV910\PACKAGE\<package_name>\spec directory.

ORA-00959: tablespace 'SPEC__DV920FR' does not exist
