E1: FDA: How to Assign Variables in P42101 "Enter New Order" Application|Form "W42101D" Post Commit Event ? (Doc ID 2335113.1)

In process of customizing an application P42101 | Form W42101D Post Commit event, we have realized that there are no variables to select other than local evt variables in the assignment screen.  Option to place PO values in an if statement exists but then no option to assign PO values to a variable. Standard code is assigning form variables but on clicking on these the form variables are not displayed in the assignment screen.

For example in 9.2 that is not allowing selection of form variables, FC controls, PO and System Value variables in the post commit event whilst  further down the example in 8.12 which displays all variable options in the assignment window, i.e., FC, FI, PO, SL variable options to select from.

Question#1 - How to assign following form variables like FC, FI, PO or SL in 9.2 as it was possible with old releases like 8.12?

Question#2 - Why following FC, PO's and FIs  variables are available in the "End Dialog" event which runs after the post commit event?
