E1: JAS: Issues like Intermittent Blank Screen and Freezing Screen with Chrome and Internet Explorer

The issue occurs when attempting to submit a UBE, after the user enters data selection and before the printer selection window appears the screen hangs and goes white and blank, although you can see the basic E1 presentation page.
- Once the user hits F5 the printer selection form will occur.
- The issue will occur randomly after the user has been on logged in on the system and repeating the same process.
- The issue occurs in Internet Explorer 11 (IE) and Chrome.
- Clearing browser cache/cookies does not resolve the issue.
- This is not specific to any UBE and can occur on multiple.
1) Create a menu to call P98305W bypassing the W98305WA form and go directly to the Version Prompting W98305WD form.
2) On Version Prompting W98305WD form check the box for data selection and click Submit.
3) On the Data Selection screen enter values and click OK.
4) The screen goes blank, turns white, and hangs.
5) Hit F5 and the browser refreshes and the P986162 W986162B Printer Selection form will appear.
