E1: 09E: No Search Functionality in Mobile Expense Entry (M09E020/M09E021) for Added Fields

When a user adds a user defined field to be populated on the Additional tab when creating an expense report, this field is not provided with any search functionality. Search functionality is provided on the HTML client, but not on the mobile device. As users are on a mobile device, they do not have the ability to find these values elsewhere. The mobile application should provide search functionality so the user can populate these fields.
