E1: 13:Work Order Status Incorrect When Changing Work Order Type

Work Order status is not updated correctly when changing the Work Order Type
1. Go to P13700 (Work with Work orders program) and search for a work order ( Type '1' and status 'M')
2. Change order type from 1 to 2 and status goes to '10' as per order activity rule. Save changes.
3. Again inquire for an order and change the work order type back to '1' and note that status shows 'M' initially
4. Click on save changes and note that status changes back to '10' instead of 'M'
