Job Type and Job Step Defaulting to F06106

The employee's Job Type and Job Step values are being defaulted into the Employee's DBA Instructions (F06106). This is happening for both deduction and benefit DBAs, and whether or not the Include in Union Plan flag was turned on for the DBA. When the employee changes their Job ID and it's entered on their Employee Master (F060116), the Job Type and Step are not updated in the F06106. However, when the employee is pulled into a Pre-Payroll, the system is using the Job Type and Step from their Employee Master to update the F0709 for the DBAs. It is not using the Job Type/Step values that reside on the F06106.
