ST-OT Change Of Exchange Rate Causes Problems On The OT Side
(Doc ID 2339077.1)
Last updated on MARCH 21, 2022
Applies to:
JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Sales Order Entry - Version 9.1 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
Change of the exchange rate and then execution of R42950 program to update the rate on a transfer order (ST/OT) results in incorrect values on the purchase order (OT).
Per design, the exchange rate on the F4311 is not updated but the issue is that after the R42950 has completed, the F4211 table’s Foreign Unit Price (FUP) is not written to the F4311 table’s Unit cost field (PRRC). This results in integrity problems at voucher match, in commission calculation and on gross margin figures.
