E1: KER: Users Sessions Timing Out After One To Five Minutes

Client users are getting disconnected from the system every one, to, five minutes.

The users receive the following pop-up on their screens:

"Your session has expired.  If your browser does not refresh, please refresh to login again."

This issue can be recreated in multiple browser types
