E1: 40G: No Address Book Name Information Returned in Staff Setup Form (P31B02) for Address Book-Based Records (Doc ID 2343520.1)

EnterpriseOne 9.2
When adding a Staff Member (with Address Book Required Processing Option turned on) via Staff Setup form (P31B02), the Address Book number is entered and the form displays the name associated to the Address Number. You cannot enter in the Last Name or First Name, and the system does not return them when the record is saved. The record is written. However, when retrieving the record, no “name” information (either last name, first name, or other name) has been populated with the Address Book information. The “Alpha Name” shows on the grid but this is not defined on the table anywhere.

The problem that this issue causes is that, when this address book record is then used on a blend or grower operation, no name information is displayed. However, it is for an entry created not using an Address Book number. This makes it very difficult to see which person/resource worked on an operation and/or to confirm they are the correct resource.
