E1: 42: Confirm Shipments P42053 displays Hard Error Item Location Not Found But Confirm Shipments P4205 Shows Only a Warning message (Doc ID 2343718.1)

In P42053 / W42053B (Confirm Shipments) the system throws the hard error "Item Location not found" Error ID 3259 but the P4205 / W4205K (Confirm Shipments) only shows the warning message "Item Location Record not found"
Error ID 0678 and the credit order can be confirmed .

1.Make sure that B/P constants(P41001),Location Control is checked.
2.Take an item that use 02 Weighted Average for Sales/Inventory Cost Method .
3.Create a sales order P4310 for this item using a specific location and lot.
4.Create Credit Order from History for this sales order SO .
5.Processing options for P4205 / W4205K (Confirm Shipments), tab 5-Process, Process New Lots for Credit Orders=Blank
6.While confirming CO through P4205 / W4205K (Confirm Shipments) , change the Location to an existing location of the Branch/Plant but to a location which does not exist for the item in F41021 .
Warning Message "Item Location Record not found" Error ID 0678 comes up.
7.Don't confirm and take Row Exit ,"Select Location" to use the Multi Location form.
8.In P42053 / W42053B (Confirm Shipments) you get hard error "Item Location not found" Error ID 3259 .
9.Press Cancel button in P42053 / W42053B (Confirm Shipments) .
10.Confirm shipment through P4205 / W4205K (Confirm Shipments)

In both cases system should get hard error but the user can confirm using P4205/W4205K and ignore the warning message.

The applications , P42053 / W42053B and P4205 / W4205K, have to show the same message (hard error or warning) for a sales order .
