Symptoms

Sales Order Entry(P4210/P42101) displays Customer Master Information Missing (Error 3490) when a user specifies a language preference in the User Profile. The error began after applying the baseline ESU JN14473 or applying Update 2 (UN2) in 9.2 which include enhancement Bug 26562538.  See 2317448.1

The error is specific to Ship To address rather than the Sold To address.

The error does not occur in P42101.
