On : 9.0 version, Procurement

There are issues with web service frequently getting stopped. The web-service has to be restarted  to bring the JDE service up. The issue is present with many applications but this is related to  the application P4314. P4314 does fall into infinite looping. This is  the same issue as described in Bug 19133248 - P4314 USES UP ALL JVM AND REACHES THE THRESHOLD(10000) for 9.1 release.
