Last updated on NOVEMBER 22, 2019

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

In Tools Release 9.2x, it is desired to be able to allow specific users or roles to make changes to User Defined Objects (UDOs) but, not save them - no creation of UDO table record.

As an example: To effect the functionality where a user could drag to reorder Grid Columns but, could not save the change.
The Grid customization would only remain in effect so long as the user session was running the application where the Grid change was made.
