Scenario 1 - Change Component button does not function
Trying to upgrade the Tools Release on the Deployment Server using Server Manager and the Change Component button is not working. When the button is clicked nothing happens.
Note: This issue could be seen with other Managed Instances as well.
Scenario 2 - Granting or Revoking User Groups in Server Manager but the popup to select console admin never comes up.
In several instances, the screen turned blue in color. An example is shown below:
Scenario 3 - Zoom level of browser is too high
This example is from a browser setting that controls the zoom level of the screen, to enhance text. Unfortunately it has been noted that high zoom levels may cause the pop-ups to appear offscreen.
Scenario 4 - Server Manager Is Not Showing All The Software Components
When checking components in Server Manager, not all files from the components folder from the install path of Server Manager are being displayed.
